She supports both new and experienced managers to develop their personal and professional skills and enhance their overall performance. A certified LEGO® Serious Play® (LSP) facilitator, Natalie specialises in using creative, hands-on methods to promote deep reflection and empower individuals and teams to reach their full potential. Her approach blends practical experience with innovative techniques to bring leadership development to life.
Dr Samantha Read
Samantha brings over a decade of experience in teaching marketing, digital marketing, and marketing communications. Her academic and professional work centres on personal branding and the power of authentic self-presentation. Samantha’s PhD explored marketing to the digital self, and she continues to apply this expertise to support students, graduates, and professionals in shaping and sharing their digital stories with confidence and clarity.
